‘INSPEKTA’ 30 mm Cannon announcement

AEI Systems is producing a 30mm gas operated single barrel cannon firing from 300 to 400 spm. The gun system is designated INSPEKTA and will be suitable for both naval and vehicle applications.

INSPEKTA is a belt fed weapon system that has been designed from the outset to be available in two versions. The primary version being 30x173mm followed by a secondary version in 30x165mm calibre. INSPEKTA is entirely UK designed and produced and AEI Systems is planning to put the weapon on display at DSEi 2015.
